Canlubang

On Sunday, I will again be at Pastor Larry's church in Canlubang. I will be spending time fellowshipping and speaking with his youth in the afternoon. Last week the door-to-door evangelism went well there and Pastor Larry got a few new contacts. I have done a lot of visitation and outreaches in San Pedro with Topher lately. They have had two new Bible studies start from contacts that we made along with Brian. It is a great encouragement to see some of the fruits of our labor.

Please pray for the people here as it has been raining a lot lately. The rain is both good and bad. There was a drought going on that could have crippled the agriculture businesses. However, the rain that has come has caused a lot of flooding. Some of the places where we do outreaches with Topher, including Camachile, are flooded now and will stay flooded until December.

Hi David! Hope the rain has diminished and that mud slides will not be a problem. We have had a dry summer except for the past 24 hours when storms have been continous. School starts today. Many, many people celebrating that fact. Speaking of celebrating, what will you be doing for your birthday this week? Your blog fans want to know. Love, Ann

David, We're praying for you. Brian says you are a new person with God-given boldness and lots of experience in public speaking now! How are you doing without Brian? How can we pray? Sam starts school tomorrow. Larry and I just got home from PA, where we spent 5 days helping his sisters and cleaning out their house. At least it was not over 100 degrees there, like it has been here in GA. Please pray that we'll get some rain.
